During my practice I have discovered that a client's resource state is the be all end all prerequisite to lasting positive change. Without it we simply do not get better. Now, how can the client enter a resource state unless the practitioner is already in one? Enter resource state art, or RS Art for short. I have created a few pieces of visual art for people to enjoy and explore, that facilitate a positive change or up-shift out of problem states and into enlivening states. Of course there is no substitute for a professional, trained in helping you access your resource states, but if you are lost without connection, here's a place to start. I recommend hanging these on your wall or using them as screen savers. They will communicate with you!
